Nordhere is an Anglo Saxon word meaning 'Army from the North'.

Nordhere is an organization for historical reenactors based in Western Canada. We currently have interested members in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, and Ontario, and are enthusiastically looking for more people. Our focus is on England between the years of 1050-1070 CE, spanning the second half of the reign of Edward the Confessor, the short turbulent rule of Harold Godwinsson, and the first years of Norman rule under William the Conquerer.
